I have been creating in all medias since my early childhood. Began dollmaking in my early twenties. I always have gone beyond the "norm". I started making the antique reproduction dolls but thought it would be more of a challenge to make them "modern" but still using the antique reproducton molds. When working with procelain, thought it might be more interesting instead to make the doll entirely in "Composition Slip" which was used only for reproduction antique doll bodies at the time. With this, I was able to make very large dolls from molds without a kiln.

Though my career was not art as I worked full-time in the Administrative field, I continued to create during my spare time and this would become a hobby which I truly loved to do. Now that I am semi-retired, I am able to dedicate more time to my passion of Arts and Crafts. I love to challenge myself and I am constantly creating in my mind. I am pushing myself to create in the "unconventional" media. You will find in my Etsy Store some of the most interesting dolls, figurines, trinket boxes, tote bags and more.
